Nico Guerzoni

Born and raised in Bologna, Nico graduated from the drama academy A. Galante Garrone in 2013. He then perfects his training during the Corso di Alta Formazione of ERT, under the guidance of Ivica Buljan and he also attended a stage course with Anne Sophie Mahler, Silvia Calderoli and Ilenia Caleo at the Biennale College. He worked as a performer and actor for the Emilia Romagna Theatre program, where he forms a tight partnership with the Scottish director Matthew Lenton, with him he will have his next two debuts. He been directed by Paolo Virzì, Edoardo Smerilli, Ludovico di Martino, Chiara Caselli, Emilio Marrese, Francesca De Fusco, and by Gus Van Sant for Gucci. He has co-founded the theatre company "Le Notti", a young program on the territory of Bologna. In 2021 he enters the main cast of the series PRISMA, directed by Ludovico Bessegato, produced by Amazon Studios and Cross Productions.
